It Was During His Travels That the Idea for Sharkbite Grille Began To Emerge. It Was His Dream To Create an Oasis for People To Come and Feel Welcome and Relaxed With Great Food and Drink. A Lifelong Fan of Jimmy Buffett, Scott Has Always Been A Huge Admirer of Margaritaville. During One of His Visits he Marveled At the Crowds of People All Seemingly Enjoying the Atmosphere Created by the Popular Watering Hole. It Was Then he Vowed To Himself That One Day he Would Have Such A Place To Call His Own. It Was Over A Decade Ago That Scott Worked With Kevin Monti At A Casual-Themed Riverfront Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. After Witnessing Kevin’s Culinary Skills, Scott Knew he Would Be the Natural Fit for A Future Project, and Here It Is. Sharks, They Are Fascinating Creatures, They Illicit Fear in Some and Curiosity in Others.
